How much do you charge?
At Clifton Private Tutors, fees start at £50 per hour, depending on the experience of the tutor. There is no registration fee and no additional tutor finder fees.
Do you offer lessons online and in person?
Depending on your preference, we have Bristol-based tutors who can support your child at home and tutors available to teach via Zoom.
What if we would like to try a different tutor?
If after the first session you feel that the tutor is not the right match for your child, we will find an alternative.
What ages do you support?
At present, Clifton Private Tutors offers support for students in Year 1 through to A-Level. As demand grows, our services will expand.
Are your tutors qualified teachers?
Unlike many tutors available online, all Clifton Private Tutors are experienced, qualified teachers.
Are your tutors DBS checked?
All tutors hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
How do I know if tuition is right for my child?
At Clifton Private Tutors, we don’t view tuition as just another lesson at the end of the day. The learning is personalised, the relationship between tutor and student is valued and we believe that every child benefits from 1:1 attention, boosting their confidence and helping them to achieve their goals.
